Formulation Guidelines

For Emulsion Systems:

• Pre-disperse in polyols and heat to dissolve
• After emulsification, cool the system to 55-60°C
• Add HPA to the formulation and mix thoroughly

For Non-Emulsion Systems:

• Dissolve HPA by adding an alkali (e.g., Arginine)
• Combine with polyols (recommended ≥5%)
• Add to the system
• Adjust the final pH using an acidic pH adjuster

For Thickener Systems:

Compatible with U-series thickeners (U20, U30) and Carbomer

Note: May cause significant viscosity reduction when used with AVC or SK425
